Hotel Reina, Buenos Aires
Nice people but the hotel is in poor condition
The hotel was in very poor condition and I think you should consider not selling rooms on your site. The door to the shared balcony could not be locked so the room was not secure. Also the leaky sink ran to an open drain in the floor of the bathroom so there was always standing water.

OK if you get a decent room
Old building being slowly renovated...wi fi is unreliable....breakfast is good..first or second floor can be OK..not the others...worth the lower price if you get a room on first or second floor..avoid the other floors...

Yes they should have more English speaking people. Very difficult to understand what they are saying only that they don't understand what I was saying.
