A Nice Stay
The location is great--only a 1 minute walk from the west exit of Asakusabashi Station. There are nice little eateries by the station. The staff speaks English and are helpful. The room is on par with other hotel rooms at this price point in Japan. The hotel is attached to a Lawson convenient store. A nice bonus is the use of the three small washer and dryer machines is free. The hotel sells detergent.

Great Location, affordable and compact
The location was foremost the best, close to Asakusabashi station. It’s hard to get your bearings straight when you first exit out of the station but we had a friendly Japanese teacher who spoke English who walked us right to the hotel. There are lots of affordable eating establishments in the area, 2 grocery stores really close and the hotel has a convenience store downstairs next to the lobby. The room we got was compact and very affordable. My husband is 6’-6” and length wise fit on the bed with me. We brought our 1.5 year old with us and brought a pack ‘n play crib. It fit in the little hallway of the room right in front of the bathroom door. The door out of the room leads outside, not into an indoor hallway, it helped that door swung out because of the crib we bought. The room did smell like too much cologne, probably from the previous person. But the room as expected was small and compact. But we were here to visit Japan not to stay in our hotel room all day.No closet or place to hang or store your clothes. The staff was friendly and tried to speak English even if they didn’t know how. The person who checked us in did speak English so its hit and miss if you are looking for an all English speaking staff. They have nice little maps of the areas of where to eat and see.

Nearly perfect!
A really great stay at this hotel and lots of positives to mention: Attached convenience store, 2 supermarkets right across the street, nice view of Sky Tree from our room, free laundry, ice machine, 2 kinds of pillows, very nice bathroom. Not far from the subway and a nice local area for drinks and small restaurants.

Good location and good price
The room is small bur the space is really used in the most efficient way. The location is very good, just 2 minutes from Asakusabashi station and about 12 minutes walk from Akhabara station. Wifi was good but there are no English speaking channels on the TV. Both those stations have JR lines,so very practical when you have a JR rail pass.
