Good value, clean and quiet. Good transportation
Nice motel in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery store, post office, subway and trains all nearby. No maid service, but who cares? Clean, quiet room in nice neighborhood. Would defiantly stay again.

Great stay!!
I really love this hotel! The staff was so kind and helpful and the location was close enough to a station that I could easily get where I wanted and far enough from the city center that I didn't feel overwhelmed. I stayed during the holiday weekend and didn't check in until around 12:30am and overslept and checked out an hour late but the staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was much bigger than I expected and had everything you could ever ask for. Next time I go to Tokyo I'm definitely staying here!

Convenient Location. Room good for Family.
5mins walking distance to the nearest Iidabashi metro station. Quite a few of cheap and nice eatery around and also quite a few of convenience store like 7/11, lawson, etc around that area thus is very convenient and accessible. As for the room itself, it is just like a mini service apartment, untensil and all kitchen equipment is provided. You are able to cook in the room and also it's veru spacious thus it suit people who want to stay long in tokyo and also for family.

Not fancy, but very reasonable
I needed a place to stay---not fancy, but a reasonably priced hotel where I could wash my clothes as well. The Iidabashi neighborhood was nothing for tourists, but the hotel room was actually quite spacious and the bed was more comfortable than it looked! For the price, then, this hotel has a lot to offer: a mini kitchen in the room, lots of space to unpack, and a basement full of washing machines (bring your small change!). I also liked the atmosphere: plenty of travelers hanging out in the lobby chatting, playing with their laptops, and having drinks. Not a place to bring the kids, but great for a solo traveller. I'll stay there again.
