Great hotel to stay in for the value. The hotel itself is about 10min walk from the JR/monorail station and 5-7 min away from Daimon subway station. There is a family mart right next door and the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet at night. The rooms are the typical size for a Japanese hotel (pretty crowded if you have two ppl+luggage), but there still is room to move around. The hotel has a pretty small elevator which might take a couple of trips to use if there are a lot of ppl using it at the same time. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

Modern hotel with great service and location
My husband and I had booked a standard double room, which is like having a US full-sized bed to sleep on. This was fine for us, and we appreciated the newness and cleanliness of the hotel. There are very thoughtful designs such as light switches and electrical outlets on top of the headboard, a flashlight that turns on when you pull it out of the holder, and even lumbar support on the desk chair! There is caffeine in the lobby, as well as drawers of useful toiletries. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and were able to assist with sending our suitcases to our next destination through the Yamato Ta-Q-Bin service. I also liked the location: just a few blocks from the JR Hamamatsucho station, which is on the Yamonote line, and the Hamamatsucho Monorail stop from the airport. We were also in a less touristy part of Tokyo and so could watch the local rhythms of a quieter neighborhood (the throngs of white-shirted salarymen going to work in the morning, local restaurants). The only downside is that housekeeping was too thorough...we had no card to put on the bed to indicate we didn't need new sheets and towels every day, so I felt wasteful about all the water used to wash everything.

Perfect Location
This hotel met my needs very well due to the location. I stayed for 2 nights. One morning I needed to be at the World Trade Center early in the morning, and this hotel was so close, that worked perfectly. The next night I had to be to Haneda Airport, and since the monorail leaves from the Hamamatsucho Station, again the location was perfect.

very good value for money
Like other Tokyo hotel, room is small. This one has a lot of furniture which makes the room even smaller. However, two of us can move the furniture such that we can put two big luggage on the floor. But we hardly move around in the room. u can take subway easily as it is within 5 minutes walk to station Daimon. U can find restaurants and convenience store nearby. the air con is perfect as it is not noisy nor too cold or warm.
