Awful!
Our stay was awful. The pictures on your website are nothing like the actual hotel pictures and on arrival the hotel looked derelict and closed down! If we hadn’t already paid we would have slept in the car. The room had stained carpets and stained walls, the walls were splashed with some form of red gunk!! The shower cubicle had 2 bugs in so we couldn’t use it.

pictures on site misrepresent hotel, room wasnt clean with marks / stains on bed base. a constant smell of damp in bathroom with every tile cracked. room was exceptionally hot with no fan provided & kettle had mould within. staff exceptionally friendly

Not quite what the photos led me to believe.
Bathroom floor tiles were broken. Cobwebs on the ceilings. Shower grout needs replacing. Photos on this and other websites that have been provided by the hotel are very different to the reality. Saying this, the lady who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Choices were limited because the commonwealth games were on.
