Owner was not very helpful with directions. Sent me the wrong way for the bus. Did not give me change from 2 euros when i had to pay the 1 euro tax. Breakfast was minimal. Room very noisy. Wont be back.

Very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful though they spoke very little English. We had a great time and they recommended great local restaurants. If you have a dog the nearest beach dogs are allowed is beach 32 about a 15 minute walk but the whole beach is gorgeous!

Friendly Hotel, close to beach and transport
Great budget hotel that has everything that is required. Terrific position 2 minutes walk to beach, bus stop on corner which takes you to City Centre and main train station. Comfortable room and friendly caring owner Vincenzo and his assistant Carlo who were both excellent hosts. Hotel also provides excellent evening meal which 'Master Chef Carlo' prepares with a 'passion' that we would recommend you try. Also excellent pizza shop across the road.

Inte så bra tyvärr, felaktig information!
Jag bodde här i en vecka med min bästa kompis. Och det var en del felaktigt information och dåliga saker som ni bor veta om. 1. Det är INTE 24/7 checkin. Vi kom dit klockan 9, men fick inte checka in förrän 11.30 2. Det finns inget wifi, trots att det står det. 3. Det luktar rök på rummet, trots rökfritt rum. 4. Städningen i rummen är endast bäddning, vi fick inget nytt toapapper, sand var kvar på golv och i säng med mera. 5. Ingen i personalen pratar engelska, så lycka till med det. Vi fick lov att använda Google translate för att förstå varandra. 6. Det är ingen 24/7 reception. Vissa tider på natten är det stängt. Det som är bra är att hotellägaren är väldigt passionerad han vill alltid ens bästa. Exempelvis sitter han ute på natten halvsovande och väntar in gäster. Men tyvärr så finns det bättre alternativ för samma pris. Jag har försökt kontakta hotels.com om dessa saker med dem svarar långsamt på mina mail tyvärr...

DA RISTRUTTURARE TOTALMENTE
L’hotel è molto vecchio e sarebbe da ristrutturare in ogni sua parte. Privo di ascensore, all’interno aleggia un odore spiacevole. Le camere non corrispondono alle foto e a parte il prezzo basso, che attira senza dubbio, posso dire che stare qualche notte in questo hotel richiede davvero un grande sforzo. Spesso è in offerta e vi verranno date stanze con il cartello “ in ristrutturazione” ossia vecchie e fatiscenti. Solo il proprietario è molto simpatico e disponibile. La struttura però è davvero datata, bagno privo anche di tenda per cui ogni doccia è come un fiume per il bagno. Parcheggio è disponibile solo lungo la strada

Posizione ottima per spiaggia, fermata autobus per Mirabilandia e Italia in miniatura ed altro. La struttura un po' vecchiotta , ma ha l'indispensabile : TV, aria condizionata, servizio ristorante. È comunque 1 stella e non c'è da lamentarsi sé il mobilio , bagni (con doccia a muro) ed altro sono datati.Si tratta solo di avere spirito di adattamento, altrimenti pagate di più e scegliete tra i migliaia di alberghi,b&b della zona.
