Fantastic boutique hotel, close to China town, lower East and right on the door step of little Italy. This place is a great little hotel. The rooftop view is a massive bonus and a really nice place to have a sunset wine or beer or a sunrise coffee. Great soundproofing, good shower etc. Metro 3 blocks in either direction with a multitude of good eats and deli's within easy walk. Do yourself a favour, ignore the tourist hotspots and book yourself a room here for a more real Manhattan experience

Some girlfriends and I came up for weekend in NYC to celebrate our birthdays, and we had such a fun time. The staff at the hotel was so kind and accommodating. The gave us umbrellas to use when it was raining, they recommended local places for coffee, they let us switch rooms when we wanted to move from the exterior to interior side, and best of all- they sent a bottle of wine and a card to our room wishing us a happy birthday. The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, and it was really quiet for sleeping. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Best NYC vacation ever
This was our best NYC vacation ever! Our room was comfortable and very clean. We had all the room we needed. The shower was great, the bed was very comfortable. The very best part was that we had a corner room on the top floor with a patio. The view was unbelievable!! Having our morning coffee on the patio looking out on the city was such a treat! We cannot find fault with this hotel. The location is hard to beat. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, every single one of them. Morgan, in particular, is a gem! We will definitely stay there again!
