I imagine that at one time this was a nice property and maybe it will be one day, but not now.
We booked this hotel because it was listed with a pool. The pool was under construction.
When I approached the subject with the staff, they rudely told me that they had informed the websites and it was there fault it was not taken down. Then in the dining room we met others who had chosen the hotel for the pool as well - they had booked through another site, making clear this was not Expedia's fault, but there own. They refuse to take responsibility for it. Had we known they did not have a pool, we could have stayed some where cheaper and closer to town. As this hotel is outside of town, through a very torn up/pot filled hotel.
Besides the lack of pool and lack of helpful response from this hotel, the newly renovated showers flood the bathroom so there is no way to have a dry bathroom. If you like to wear socks in your room, find some where else.
If you travel with clothes that you hang up - find somewhere else.
There is no closet, and their solution was to put hangers on a towel rack, so your choice is either to hang your towels or clothing... but wait the hangers dont actually fit on the towel rack, so plan on your clothes ending up on the floor. Lastly, if you have any sensitivity to light, I do not recommend that you stay here. Our room had a wall of glass blocks with no way of shading, so we woke up every morning at 530am to sun streaming in.
I would not stay here again.
