Good location for what we needed. The apartments are a little tired, could do with some maintenance. No sleep first night due to neighbours partying u til all hours. Disappointed that hotels statement that noise policy would be strictly adhered to didn’t happen. If able, take your own pillow as they were very uncomfortable.

Dirty-dust, hair, pubic hair and dirt.
Initially the apartment looked ok, quite spacious and nice. However, I found the cleanliness horrific. There was dust, hair and pubic hair on the toilet floor, hair and dirt in the bathroom, thick dust on the curtain pelmet in the room with the Queen bed and dirt/dust on the kitchen skirting boards. I stopped looking after that. I emailed immediately although this was after hours. We checked out the next day, I explained to reception and they said they would see what they could do and respond to my email. Nothing has been heard since.

Well appointed. Excellent value. Good location. Very unwelcoming and rude concierge. Witnessed a lady checking in before us get charged AUD$100 for a “call out/late check in” fee. He was disheveled, unsympathetic and very rude. The manager was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. He wouldn’t answer the after hours phone number at 7.45pm. Beware if you check in after 4pm. Great breakfast cafe downstairs.

The place is budget and serves its purpose. My first choice when staying in perth. Starting to look very dated but all in all you get what you pay for. The issue is the staff, especially the bloke in the office is the rudest most disrespectful demeaning person you could find to be in reception. Avoid him at all costs.
