Hidden gem near Navona!
Literally hidden gem. Many restaurants nearby. Spacious room is very comfortable.

No luxury in this “luxury” apartment
Apartment (unit 131) was poorly maintained. Upon check-in, broken AC, broken toilet and broken roll-away bed. A technician came to fix the toilet (thankfully). We were without working AC during our stay. Staffs were not helpful, couldn’t provide a working roll-away bed which we had reserved and paid for. Our family of five had to share one queen size bed and one very squeaky uncomfortable sofa bed. Definitely not the luxury we had in mind. The worst part happened on our last day there— dirty water from upstairs bathroom was leaking onto our apartment!! Location is great. Find another apartment in this location but stay away from this!

Most helpful staff of the whole trip!
We loved this place. Nice little apartment and great location. Short walk to the Vatican and the on-and-off bus stops. The staff was absolutely incredible. Although this was an apartment and not a hotel, the young lady who ran the office was as helpful as any concierge I've encountered. The only downside is that it is tough to get there by car. I recommend using their driver, instead of a taxi.

Staff was wonderful on arrival, room/apartment was huge by European standards, but, BUT.. the Wi-if was HORRIBLE. Barely any coverage, even after asking staff about it, they were even telling me to tap on to other networks! Sometimes barely any signals at all. Neighborhood was dark narrow street that cab/car unable to pull up for luggage. Next door to a theatre that rehearsed the same song, over and over and over. Hate to give a bad review when the staff was so nice, but... Furniture also uncomfortable and every day had to ask for the same extra towel

Great stay!
Great place to stay. Right in the heart of Rome. Plenty of sites, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance.
