This is an excellent place to stay for a visit to Cuernavaca. The location is centrally located yet quiet, the staff is friendly and warm. I felt like a very welcome guest. The breakfast is delicious. My room was spotless and received careful attention each day. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions for places to visit and Bus routes. I like that the tap water is treated and potable so I could refill my water bottle. The bed was comfortable, water hot, and air conditioner worked well. For early risers the 8am breakfast may be a bit late for coffee or tea. I was able to request earlier tea to my room, and found it a good place to sleep in and have a later start then usual.

This was my second time staying at this lovely hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The included breakfast is made to order and is served in the very pretty courtyard. It is a very popular restaurant and was very busy for both of our days, but we were still treated with excellent care. The location is perfect. The beautiful Robert Brady house is across the street (currently still closed) and there are nearby restaurants. The street is busy during the day but nice and quiet at night.

Beautiful place, clean and quiet
Short overnight stay between Taxco and MEX. Loved my twin room with big screened in window, it was like sleeping in a tree house! Bed and bedding was sooo comfy, wish I'd been able to stay longer. Lovely, quiet street with good sidewalk cafes nearby, without being in the traffic and congestion of nearby zocolo. Young people at reception all spoke some English. Everyone very nice and helpful. Very clean.

Beautiful boutique minutes from el Zocalo, you can walk and not have to drive anywhere. The staff was incredible, from the kitchen, serves, reception, valet... simply incredible. Rosita, was the best taking care of us during our stay. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia muy amable.
