Wow what an amazing stay everyone at the hotel from front desk to rooms service to the housekeepers were excellent… If you you’re looking for a Sunrise/Sunset hands down this is the hotel for you… Only one recommendation to the hotel and Island of Santorini is to accept American Express must of restaurants and this hotel did not accept Amex so come prepared with another payment method.

Best place in Oia!!
Our stay at Charisma suites was amazing. The entire property is gorgeous, the rooms are very spacious, clean, beautiful views. I have soo many good things to say about our stay there! The hotel staff are superb, they help with your every need and are so kind and friendly. The best sunset view in all of Santorini! I saw a review that complained about the stairs, if you can’t handle stairs you simply shouldn’t visit Santorini all together. I give the Charisma Suites a 10/10 on everything front. Please stay here.

Best Ever
Best stay at a hotel ever. Would have liked a suite that didn’t back onto what sounded like a noisy part of the hotel frequented by staff and a patio where everyone came for the sunset. Having said that it was also the highest up in the entire place so we didn’t have to walk up and down too far when we wanted to come and go. Also service was impeccable.

Charisma suites is located in the perfect location in Oia..We we’re able to enjoy the beautiful sunset from our balcony and the pool area which is beautiful. The reception staff is amazing and they helped us arrange our transportation, cruises and ATV rental. We would definitely return! I usually don’t write reviews, but since I highly recommend them and the staff, I they deserved it!
