You might not get what you pay for.
The owners of this hotel, Grand Mammoth Resorts, have several properties in the Mammoth Lakes and region.
Although out reservation was for Aspen Creek Condos, a nice hotel, we were placed in one of their lower quality properties, San Sierra.
Besides being a lower quality apartment, very poor decoration, not at all like the pretty pictures from this listing, it was located further away from the ski slopes, making the whole ski trip a lot less enjoyable.
To top off the experience, one of the sofa beds was broken, two members of our party had to sleep on the floor.
Expedia is not without fault as well. When faced with this situation their customer support gave us the 'It's Not My Problem' response.
All in all, a terrible experience.
