The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is terrific, welcoming and kind. The GM Adelia is the best person for the job. She's very accommodating and cares for the clients. High end hotel with perfect amenities and the food was delicious. We will be back that's for sure.

This hotel should be the example for other hotels. The amenities, decor, rooms, facilities are impeccable. However what really puts it on a higher level is the staff. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left , every single staff member were helpful, friendly , professional , and well versed in the area and the hotel. The hotel has a lovely pool area for a city property, many quiet sitting rooms to take a port and relax. There is an oasis in the back for cocktails and breakfast. It really is an outstanding hotel tucked away on a fabulous high end shopping area. The staff is young but professional. An older couple and a young couple would be very comfortable here. I cannot give enough accolades To the staff. They made my stay in Lisbon even more Spectacular!

Exceptional staff!
A wonderful staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Breakfasts were wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. Dinner at Sitiu was delightful. Our main complaint was how dark the rooms and hallways were. We were in the old section with a large room but the lighting was very challenging!! An update would be so helpful. Also since it was a Relais&Chateau property we expected the toiletries to be refreshed and refilled on a regular basis. Small complaint that could easily be rectified. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a great location in Lisbon.
