Disappointing
Turned up to be told there was a wedding function ongoing so the rooftop bar was closed to other guests. A warm day in Liverpool, air conditioning in room not working. Windows sealed so couldn’t open, apart from the smashed outer pain ! Requested a fan, they didn’t have any. Disco continued until 2am. Had booked for 2 nights didn’t stay for the second as couldn’t guarantee air on would be fixed

FILTHY
The rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in about a year carpets look and feel like they haven’t ever been cleaned. Hairs in the bath, no materase protectors. The shower looks like it’s about to fall off the ceiling. Air con doesn’t work over heard others saying neither did there’s give u a fan that doesn’t do a thing. Bar had no cocktails or draft beer. All in all I couldn’t wait to get out of there will not be booking again. Wedding was on so this may be the reason for the filfy room we got put in.
