Spacious and clean room
I loved the size of the room vs. some of the more upscale hotels.

Hotel was good until
The room seemed great until we found a moldy sushi container under the bed. Since it was quite large it would of been hard to miss by the cleaning staff if the room was properly cleaned. Made us question what other corners were cut to make the room seem "clean".

Location was good and close to tye JR Station
Close to JR Kawasaki station and the Keihin Touhoku line. Close to a bunch of things to do. Easily accessible by walking from the train station. It's only a 10 minute walk back and forth. The bed isn't the greatest. It's a little to firm for my tastes. The room was clean though, but a little small. It's larger than some Japanese hotels though. The staff is super nice and accommodating.

Good for a Short stay
I stayed here for a week, the hotel is clean, convenient for a short stay, with necessary basic needs, coffee shop and restaurants are nearby, not suitable for a family due to small rooms, no room service, but there is a microwave in a lower level. The stay was good enough for a solo traveler .

An Amazing Relax
This place was amazing, even though it was a Japanese Hotel, the room space was one of the largest "roomy" feeling hotel I've been to in Japan. The city area around the hotel is vibrant with lots of shops, malls, and amazing restaurants. Back to the Hotel, the staff was very friendly, most of them knew enough English to make things easy, they served a complimentary breakfast, Had free Pay-per-view movies (something most places don't have. The only two oddities/issues I had with the place was that there was no English signage to indicate the hotel name, Some very friendly Japanese stopped and helped point out the Hotel for me, that and the room doors didn't utilize and auto lock system, you had to use a key to unlock the door, and then use the key to lock the door when you left.

If you have no other options, sleep in the airport!
Don't even try to find this hotel by foot. Get a taxi or fugedaboutit. Chose this hotel because there were no other reasonably priced hotels nearer to either of the Kawasaki train stations. This is in a nondescript block of buildings with not a single word of English in evidence...not even the word "Hotel". Room was the size of a walk-in closet. The only thing it had going for it was cleanliness...which is normal for Japan. I would avoid this hotel unless you speak and read Japanese and have no other options.
