Very convenient location; very clean; good design
Very modern, very clean although a bit technical cool, no bathtub but outstanding shower and bathroom. The room is small but the space is extremely well designed and feels much less small than it really is. Great internet connection. The location is amazingly central in Tokyo; only a few minutes form Ueno Station, which is one of the largest train stations in Tokyo and from where you can get anywhere in Tokyo very efficiently.

Right Price and Almost Right Place
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Ueno Station with many inexpensive eateries along the way. The room was clean and modern but very small, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast, served in the lobby, was modest. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast not good; I don't recommend paying for breakfast--plenty of nearby restaurants that have much better menus. Very close to Ueno Park and a leisurely 10 minute walk to Ueno station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Inexpensive, nice service/staff
Breakfast was decent, nothing amazing, but good for the price (when purchased w/ the reservation). Room is small, but not the smallest we stayed in while traveling Japan. If you want a larger room, I recommend the 2 bed option over the single double bed option we took. Was good for us, but for more space, go w/ 2 beds. Staff were extremely nice, and accommodating. Remember that if you want breakfast and don't get it w/ reservation, you must pay for it day before - they are pretty strict on this. We were fine, as we prepaid, but I saw a few folks turned away while we were eating because they hadn't purchased the day before.
