Great service, nice rooms

Good 6.0
Our room (1 bedroom suite) was clean, but we only had a small round table and 4 large chairs. Wish there was a couch in the room, too. Maid service cleaned the bathroom and half-made the beds, which ended up looking sloppy. Also, there are NO utensils, dish soap, plates, etc. Apparently you have to pay extra for that?! There was a Keurig coffee maker and mugs for coffee, but the maid service did not even replace the dirty mugs, or the coffee....also, the only place to get ice was from the front desk. And they had to go into the kitchen to get it. The breakfast was very minimal, and odd options, like salad and several types of eggs. The would be better off offering waffles, or pancakes or bagels for a variety. Outdoor patio off the eating area/check-in was nice.

3-day stay for the family!
This was a very convenient hotel for our stay. There were 6 of us plus a baby and we were all rested comfortably. The room was kept nice and clean and most of our needs were met. ( although when I asked for extra pillows and blankets, they gave us those little pillows instead of the regular-sized ones and it took them an hour and 2 calls when I realized that at night they only have a one-man staffing who will take care of all our needs.) Food was great for breakfast. The kitchen staff were friendly but they served the same kind of breakfast almost every morning (although they served one specialty dish on our last morning). Parking was a little confusing and so is going up to the hotel room. But once you figure it out, things get a little better. I will stay here again in the future and I will recommend this to everyone.

Great place to stay!
Booked an overnight stay for my husband and I to visit Toronto for a couple of days. The hotel was a little hard to find and figure out how to check in because the lobby of the hotel was on the 12th floor of a 21 story building where the 1st 11 floors were businesses? Once we figured out where to park and check in, it was wonderful. We were informed that we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite instead of the studio room we originally booked which was a nice surprise. The room was awesome! We were on the 20th floor in a corner unit with a great view of the entire city!! Great decor, very roomy, full kitchen although no need to use it as full breakfast was complimentary. We got to breakfast around 8:30am (closing was 9:30) and most of the hot items were already gone. We got a spoonful of eggs with what was left of the fruit and. One of the items was spinach quiche but it was empty and I don’t think it was refilled. There was some biscuits with gravy which was good as well. I felt bad for the guests that came after us! It was busy and what we got was good. I wished we could have stayed longer!! Not sure we will be visiting the area again as we are from California but we do, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Poor 2.0
Terrible beds
We stayed this hotel many times prior and never had this kind of issues, we complained about bed that it was like water bed, tried to change but it was all same, drove 11 hours from Long Island and receptionists acted as not pleasure attitudes and this wasn’t first time, if I was repeated customer I would expected welcome words not treated me as dirt, I would not stayed here anymore nor recommend anyone sleep these soft beds, I lived in Toronto 35 years and knows area and came back last night and on the way back my lower back was killing me because of soft beds! I could not go back to work today
