フロントの対応について
部屋、お風呂他満足いたしました。食事も時間差で密にならないように対応いただきまし。 朝では、指定された時間に行ったが、席はいっぱいで、食卓の案内で席がないことを話しても、すぐには案内してくれず、ほかの人に聞くと、他の部屋を案内してくれました。最初から案内してくれれば、安心すると思います。 それと、ホテルの受付での対応で、会員か会員でないかの説明に、少し違和感を覚えました。感じはやや不満です。

天文台がコロナの影響で中止だったのは本当に残念でした。 富士山を眺めながらの温泉は気持ちよかったです。 古そうな立者でしたが、清潔感はあり、従業員さんは皆さん親切でした。

フロント・ブュッフェ会場・売店に至るまでスタッフの応対はとても丁寧だった。 だが以下の点は改善すべきだと思う。 1、事前に告知されていたが、部屋にシャワーすらないのは不便だった。 2、換気の為に部屋の窓を開けた途端に海水が腐った様な臭いが鼻腔を突いた。 3、客室と食事のレベルからすると高く感じた。 以上

要望最高、コスパ最高
　昼間の時間帯に海側の露天風呂に入りたかったので連泊しました。一人で洋室ダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが、ソファの３点セットが置いてあり広々としています。海側が全面窓で、浦賀水道越しに富士山が見えます。部屋のクリーニングのタイミングや備品交換など、こちらの希望に応じてくれます。食事は、朝・夕ともバイキングですが、連泊にはイサキの塩焼き等のサービスが付きました。あまり豪華さはありませんが、天ぷらや刺身は美味しかったです。コストパフォーマンス的には十分です。
