Exceptional
Lovely stay at Hotel Sarhai due to its beautiful location, which was perfectly situated near the bus station and close to the airport, but mostly due to the very lovely and helpful hotel staff! Everyone was smiling, kind, professional, courteous and extremely accommodating with our stay particularly with scheduling a last minute Old City tour and transfer to Chefchaouen. Even upon check out, the front desk helped arranged a transfer to the airport along with calling our hotel in Marrakech so as to ensure someone will pick us up from the airport once we land. 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends. You guys were so great! Thank you!

Great view
Smart, quality fitted hotel. Everything was great, except the staff needs to be better trained for 5-star hotel. Average front of house service. Reception staff needs to be more professionally trained. We had a drink at the outdoor lounge area at 2pm and ordered from the menu and asked for carrot/ginger juice and was told "we don't have it" without further explanation. Music was too loud, too "beach party" on the terrace for an evening drinks which doesn't fit the ambience of the beautiful views and smart hotel.

Oasis in Fez
Loved the location. Staff was superb. Great security. Excellent Moroccan restaurant on premeses. Great views from multiple levels. Would have loved a room with a better view. Ours was tucked away with only a partial view of the pool. Took an inordinately long time to fix a clogged drain. There should be little reason for a 5star hotel to run out of hot water. Not being “in the Medina” not an issue at all.

Nice hotel. Scary area.
We travelled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Concierge and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, we had dinner and drinks in the bar area and the service was average. We kept having to flag our waiter to ask for another drink - and there were only 2 other tables occupied so not overly attentive. The biggest downfall to the hotel was the drive in. We drove in a Mercedes van and I honestly thought we could be surrounded and mugged at any point - the area looked completely abandoned (granted we came in back entrance). We thought "this can't possibly be where we booked - eek!" Once we arrived the hotel was very pretty with some nice architectural attributes. Again, rooms are great!
