STEONGLY SUGGEST RENOVATIONS
The tub drain overflow piece was not in bathtub so there was a big hole underneath the faucet. The bath tub faucet handles stripped so I can barely turn the bathroom on so I had to use a wrench.( Refer to picture below). The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. Upon arrival. I cleaned it myself and havie the whole time. I would strongly suggest using cleaner with bleach as it does kill, germs, and mites. The air conditioning unit I don’t think I’ve ever been cleaned nor had the filter ever been changed so I had to wipe off the filter and the air conditioning unit was full of black dust mites moving around and it was disgusting so I clean that as well. as I’m on a weekly rate, I understand, not having bedsheets to be changed every day, but I only received one towel, one washcloth, and one hand towel upon arrival & a bathmat well, I require two towels for myself. I stay here because I do like the staff and housemates are excellent but I at almost $200 a day weekly rate of $1200, clearly this hotel can afford renovations and all new beds, flooring, furniture, air conditioning units(or atleast change filters once a month! Also both bottoms of boxsprings completely falling apart.REFER TO PICTURES BELOW.
