Smoke!
Cigarette smoke everywhere. Room filled with smoke, had trouble breathing. It’s a shame. Would be a nice clean hotel if it weren’t for this issue. Receptionist was not there when we arrived. The sign said “will be back shortly”, which of course doesn’t help. We couldn’t call because we did not want to use roaming. We ended up calling after waiting 15 minutes, and the receptionist came momentarily.

This place does not deserve even one star, let alone, three. The room looked like a dump, overlooking the well made up by brick walls, the shower curtain dirty, sink not working, mold in the corners. We requested to be transfered to another room. The new room looked better, but it was not cleaned in 3 days we stayed there, even after our complaints to the front desk, the trash cans were overflowing, towels not changed. When I asked for an extra pillow, the front desk manager, who gave his name as Rok, literally laughed at me. When I showed him the pictures of the hotel rooms in their ad, his response was that those rooms were "symbolic". We used to trust Expedia's recommendations, but this experience shattered that trust.
