quite ok for what it is.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, no laundry service, quite isolated in a sterile hotel sector, would next time rather look for (also cheaper) private accomodation in the residential areas whith more integration.

Pleasant, friendly and not expensive.
It was easy to find, on the route of the Executive Bus service from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was when the key to my room broke in the lock (it was very stiff from the start). This was witnessed by a chambermaid who fetched tweezers and removed the key remnant before letting me in and fetching a replacement key which worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of food. The location is quiet and handy for a large shopping centre with restaurants, and also walking distance from the bus station, the football stadium and various tourist attractions including the TV Tower. It was a modestly priced hotel and good value for money in my opinion. If I ever go to Brasilia again, I will stay at the Bittar Inn.

hotel was not even open
This hotel was closed for renovation when I arrived. I had to stay at another hotel. It was rather difficult and confusing since I do not speak portugese. I wish they would have told me in advance. I could not cancel my reservation since I did not arrive until 6pm

Decepção
Hotel que passou recentemente por reformas mas que, honestamente, não vejo o que foi melhorado. Quarto duplo luxo que não possui frigobar? Prédio sem elevador, quem ficar nos apartamentos iniciados em 3 precisam subir a escada com malas. Pelo valor da diária paga, ficaria em um hotel a 300m que possui não só elevador/restaurante fino/academia, como os quartos são extremamente bem equipados (flat). Se a intenção é a de o Bittar Inn ser o hotel mais barato da rede Bittar, deveriam ao menos ter tido o cuidado de melhorar os apartamentos. Apenas enquanto eu estava esperando o checkin, mais 5 pessoas desistiram de realizar o checkin.

Problemas com o colchão, bastante ruim. Vazamento de água no banheiro. O atendimento também foi prejudicado devido a superlotação do hotel: - Café da manhã: reposição insuficiente e local apertado; - Pedido realizado para a recepção e não atendido.
