Worst fleabag hotel we have ever stayed in.
My wife, son, her mother and grandmother stayed at this hotel. The hotel had a 2 star rating, so they weren't expecting much, but when they got there, they were sent to a room that had no pillows or blankets, had mold growing around the walls, and the smoke alarm was beeping incessantly. They called the desk, and got moved to another room. The 2nd room was equally filthy, but had pillows and blankets. The security lock on the 2nd room was broken in half, so provided NO security, and after a couple of hours, after they were all asleep, the smoke alarm in that room started beeping as well. When they called the desk that time, they were told to remove the battery. Hotel appears to cater to people renting by the hour. I would not book this hotel for my worst enemy. I cannot begin to stress how much you should never stay at this property. They felt that they should be armed just to walk safely to the room. Worst fleabag trash property we have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Hotels.com was unable to get the property to offer ever a partial refund, which doesn't surprise me, since if the refunded everyone who didn't like their property, they would have no income what-so-ever, other than their hourly rentals, that only care that there is a bed.

awful area.broken fixtures.awful front desk help
Got in the shower to find the mechanism to engage the shower from the regular spout was disabled. So I used a cup to clean myself. Called the front desk after was told ‘lots of those are broken’. Ok. A little later I spilled large soda. All laminate floors so I had to sop up my mess with my towels. Kind of got it all over me too because it was running all over the floor so I would need to rinse myself again. At 9 pm went to the office with was locked on all sides. Girl texting on her phone st first just looked at me. Wouldn’t even get up. When I persisted she yelled instead of approaching me ‘what do you want’. I was holding my towels. I said ‘I need to swap at least one of these. I spilled a drink. I’m having to tell to her. She’s just chilling in the lobby seeming annoyed I’m there. She yells back ‘I can’t help you’. We went back and forth a couple times. She would barely acknowledge me except to look up from her phone to tell ‘i cant help you’. Hotel was about 90 percent empty. Maybe they aren’t used to actually helping people. Miserable experience and the surrounding area is all liquor stores and boarded up building. Room was clean but this was one of my worst service experiences ever. I stay in hotels abour 1/3 the time. Avoid this location if you can.

This was the worst place I have stayed in my entire life. As soon as we showed up to the front desk we were terrified. The hotel front desk was behind a window and bars with a small hole to accept payments. Inside our room, for the length of our stay I must had killed 20 different types of insects (I believe if we would have went camping there would be less bugs - it was that BAD). There were beetles inside the bedsheets. The electrical plugs were mostly likely not safe as the AC plug was hanging off the outlet, and when I went to push it back in, a massive spark came out. All other outlets had burn marks around them - therefore I avoided using even my hair straightener. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom, I nearly avoided a bad slip and fall during the middle of the night. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone - including people I dislike.

This hotel is filthy. The sheets were worn, torn and stained, the floor had deep gouges in it and looked as if it had not been washed for an extremely long time, let alone any corners scrubbed in YEARS. Our toilet seat was dirty and there was a mold ring on the waterline inside the bowl. The dirt and grime around the toilet was terrible. The shower was moldy and grimy as well. There was visible grime on all of the light switches, doors and walls. When checking in, the clerk had a worn stained white t-shirt with holes in it and you have to check in through a very small plexiglass window. You could not hear much of what was being said. I have never experienced a hotel that was in this kind of shape before.

Do not stay here!!!!!
I had my dog with me and wanted to go to Graceland in the morning so had to stay somewhere close to Graceland. I neglected to read the reviews before I booked....I was given a non smoking room and walked into a ceiling that was literally black from cigarette smoke. It smelled like someone had smoked 1000 packs of cigs the night before in there and there was burn holes in the bed. Thankfully there wasn’t blood on my sheets like some of the reviews said. I saw multiple roaches go scattering when I walked in...I considered sleeping in my car but since we were in the middle of the ghetto thought that might not be the best idea. I slept curled up in the middle of the bed with my dog, no blankets, and all the lights on....my dog cried and whined all night long...when even the dog is scared you know something is bad
