    Hot Historic Lodge
The room was unbearable hot and the bathroom was even hotter. Called the office who said would send maintenance. I gave up at 11:30 pm. Make sure you reserve a room with air-conditioning if warm weather is expected. There are some rooms that have AC. Everything about Timberline is absolutely fabulous. The historical building, the dining room dinner and casual bars are exceptional. The breakfast buffet in the dining room is absolutely wonderful. Having Timmy the chipmunk visit was a treat for all. Take time to explore the displays about the building and history of the lodge. Try your chances at table shuffle board or ping pong too. The historic lodge is like no other.

It was great! Charging $35 a night for a mini-fridge in the room is a bit much!
