Fantasic stay!
Fantasic hotel and their customer service is next level amazing. They went above and beyond for my birthday trip and made every experience so special and perfect. The room was beautiful and great location for walking. The concierge and all the staff were exceptional.

The service is very good. The location is convenient. The room is comfortable. The bar is fun and the breakfast delicious. It feels like a home away from home, which is not always the case at properties of its class and history. I think we’ve found our hotel in Geneva and we will be back. Thank you for the lovely stay.

This is a 5 star property with 5 star staff. We stayed here on two separate occasions - the second time after a horrendous situation at the airport a month later and the staff remembered us and made sure our check in was as seamless as possible - even opening the restaurant early for dinner and when we checked out for a 4 am airport trip, made sure we had fresh coffee and juices to start oeuvre journey. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one is five star in the true sense - beautiful hotel and amazing staff all around who go out of their way to help you have an unforgettable stay.

Beautiful Old-World European Hotel
Beautiful hotel in perfect area. Easy walking distance to museums, shopping, parks, United Nations, World Bank, etc. The staff was wonderful, they were welcoming and attentive, and the concierge in particular was very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was perfect. We enjoyed a fabulous New Years Eve dinner and watched the fireworks over Lake Geneva from our table. We would stay at Hotel d’Angleterre again should we return to Geneva in the future.
