Bad customer service
This place looks so nice and I had high hopes for it but our stay was horrible. 1st off they charged a 200.00 for deposit because we didn’t book with a credit card. It didn’t state that anywhere on the booking. Next they gave us a room with a bathroom and heater that didn’t work. My fiancé went to talk to the lady and her response was that she’s not the handy man. She finally switched us to a different room. Also we asked for extra towels and her response was that we had enough in the room and why did we need more. The customer service just wasn’t there. The room overall was nice with a vintage look and I’m just disappointed that it was ruined by these events.

Really is the best kept secret in SanFrancisco
The Motel is very quaint and cozy with an old style charm. We LOVED it. The attention to details like the window patterns, the bathroom cabinets, the wall mounted Body wash/shampoo/Conditioner units were both stylish and functional. The beds were SO comfortable!!! There were extra blankets and an extra duvet in the closet. Room smelled light and fresh when we first came in. Overall it was so welcoming! The most unexpected delight was the garden atmosphere all around the Property!. There were flowers in bloom, vines and shrubs and hanging baskets and a water feature fountain. Overall they laid close attention to keeping withing Covid safety regulations which was another important point. We will absolutely be staying here again! We loved it!
