    Burglary
First of all: choose a different place. We stayed here mid march 2017 and were burglarized out of our room our second night there. We had no dead bolt working , no chain lock from inside and flimsy screen door. I'm convinced it was an inside job maybe even cameras in our rooms. We called the police and they pretty much showed us how the burglars were able to quietly enter our room even though door was locked. Management of this hotel was in complete denial and didn't believe us. Very bad costumer service. We spent the rest of our trip in fear. I should have spent a little more money and a decent hotel with higher standards and better customer service. Isn't worth going to paradise to be staying somewhere like this and being treated as poorly as we were. Turks and Caicos police were very nice. Can't say the same about the hotel owners and personnel.

Perfect location great beach close to everything
This is not the Ritz but it's very nice for the price. The location is perfect. Perfect beach and you can walk to any restaurant on the beach itself. The owners were very nice. You can rent any water sports equipment right on the hotel beach. Yet the beach is not crowded at all. We rented a car for the 5 days we were there because the taxi cost the same for both of us round trip from airport to hotel. We had an great time and saw and visited all the spots on the travel book they offer at all grocery stores and hotel. Make sure you ask the price before you order at the restaurants some of them raised their prices a bit. Be ready to spend 3 times what you normally pay at the states for anything at the grocery store. The towels need updating but overall for the price it was good. If you want to be pampered at a 5 star hotel this is not for you. No bugs at all in the rooms. Love this island.

The perfect small hotel in a lovely garden setting
We stayed at the Sibbone from 20th - 29th December, we had a second floor room with side views of the sea, it's a courtyard setting very colonial style. We do not like large hotels so this is just what we like. You walk past the swimming pool which is not big but you can swim around it which I did, then you see the sand and sea just amazing. The sea temperature was just right, I am not a sea swimmer but the water is so clear I spent a lot of time in the sea. The rooms are cleaned every day clean towels every day and linen change I think every 3 days but don't quote me. Water and chocolates in the evening. Beach towels changed when ever you want. We don't like posh hotels for us it is homely and friendly. Would deffinatley return but journey from UK is long but so glad we came.

    Exceptional 10.0
Sibonne was the perfect boutique hotel. Not a lot of frills, but has everything you could need. Our room was nice, teal painted accent wall, new furniture, tv mounted to wall - the AC was working very well. The staff was great! They called cabs, answered questions, provided insight, assisted with wifi. I can't rave enough about them! Chatted with quite a few of them throughout our week. When looking a the beach it is very clear that the resorts are cramming people on their property, when sitting under the teal umbrellas at Sibonne, you won't have anyone blocking your view. Very nice to not have people on top of you! We even saw JoJo the dolphin! Security guard on site at night. Parking is right next to the hotel for those of you who rent a scooter or car. Towels are available daily in the lobby. Staff will blow up floats as you need. Bay Bistro is located right by the pool. Walking distance from Hemingway's and Somerset. We walked other places, depending on your health and circumstances, you can walk the beach from town area (we did this one afternoon). Can't wait to go back to TCI!

    Great hotel for the price.
Right on the incredible Grace Bay beach. Somewhat small and outdated rooms. Rooms had coffee pot, refrig and a good a/c unit. Housekeeping and management were pleasant (especially Sandra the manager). We had a problem with the room safe but the maintenance man was able to resolve the issue. There is a restaurant on site at the beach called the Bay Bistro. Food was good and not too expensive. At night they table on the beach with torch lighting-very cool. Not any good snorkeling in front of the hotel but a great area towards the left as you enter the beach by the Coral Gardens hotel. Its about a 20 min walk past the Beaches property. The beach is incredible for walking and jogging. This hotel is a great value for the money.
