Great customer service, okay rooms.
Sadie was an AMAZING employee who went out of her way to help us. The hotel still needs some more work (new hot water heaters at the very least, and new carpet) other than that our stay was nice. I don't like that they have signs saying they don't allow outside food. They try to force you to eat at their restaurant and offer free room service for it.

Good for the price
The hotel is outdated but the room was very clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. They offer a low price hot breakfast for guests. The area is not the best but the parking is gated.

It was comfortable. The pool area and surroundings were pretty. It seems like a very safe place to stay. There was a strong perfume odor in our room but once we took the air freshener out of the air conditioning unit all was well.

Extra charges
We were charged $45 for early arrival and since we were charged the same amount because we left the room 15 minutes late for leaving at the time past 11AM. There were not two chairs on the balcony and the one they brought in was filthy dirty. We were also charged Ten dollars a night for a microwave making this hotel more expensive than five star hotels. We will not be back.

Innocent customer locked inside of pool gate
Absolutely horrific, I was accused of being in the pool after hours. Was absolutely railroaded at this establishment after they LOCKED me into the pool area. Was threatened that because I was eating at a bar that I was unfit to stay within their establishment. Zero video footage of their claims, and was forced to the pool after being locked in it, being told “I’m only letting you out if you jump the fence.” An absolute disgrace of management, and a disgrace of a “security” guard. I simply asked to grab my things and was denied. A report will be put it with my attorneys. 10/10 will never stay in this hotel again.
