it took over 30 minutes waiting to check in. we got 2 rooms I got the key to my room. someone else was already in there when I opened the door. they gave me a new room far awayy from the other room I rented the cover was off the cooler and kept falling the window was cracked the door was very hard to closed there a bad smelling there was no microwave or coffee pot like it says. When I let them know they said someone would come and fix the cooler cover and take a microwave. no one ever showed up.
