In the heart of the city
The proximity to everything in Rome is amazing. We walked to the Vatican, which was approximately 20 minutes away. Then we could easily walk over to the Trevi Fountain and plenty of restaurant options along there. I loved that we could walk along the Tiber for a long walk in the evening. I appreciated that the hotel was quick to message me and give us instructions on where to find them. The office to check in is in a little alley way along the main alley. The flat that we stayed at is in another building area a few minutes’ walk away from the check in spot. I didn’t quite understand that at first. Once we figured that out, we were good to go! The flat itself is simple but comfortable. We had everything we needed for a few days in Rome. When I come back, I plan to stay here because of the wonderful proximity in the city.

First TV never work even the manager tried to get to work A/C. Never worked for 3 days manager and maintenance guy tried to fix never work. Lavado sink also water flushed to slow also they are not putting coffee and sugar

Loved the location but that was about the only good thing about the property. Not kept up well. Washer leaked all over floor. Kitchen faucet broken. No sheets on first level “bed”. It was quiet except when people came in late at night. Lots of stairs to our apartment. Needs upgrades.

Nearby shopping dining was excellent. It was close to many attractions. However, we arrived after the office was closed. The only signage for the hotel was an unprotected piece of paper taped to the door, not well lit and not at all welcoming. The common room was more like a hostel. Towels were not changed daily as promised. Overall, I would probably choose another place next time.
