Great hotel!
Wonderful hotel, with a wonderful staff, and easily accessible to public transportation. Many very good noodle places within 5 minute walk.

Great Ginza Location
The location in Ginza cannot be beat in terms of convenience. Many sights and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is quite up to date and comfortable.

I have to say, Ginza is not my favorite neighborhood in Tokyo. But, having said that, this hotel is great. And the icing on the cake is the efficient, kind, fluent-in-English staff. They go out of their way to help you. I happened to have stayed in a 5* in Tokyo, and the level of service was not this high. And it was always with a smile and a no problem attitude. The only real drawback is that I thought the breakfast, for the price you pay, was mediocre. I stayed in the same chain in Kanazawa and the breakfast was less expensive and significantly better.

Need to improve on how to manage global tourist
First experience of staff was not good, some were trainees and some had not helpful attitude (at both front desk and restaurant) Seems they were taught only rules but not how be helpful to customers. After explaining/complaining comes the experienced staff which tried to help, so grateful for their help! Very strangely concierge lacks tours info / recommendations as well. Seems while choosing staff they gave preference to their English but not to their knowledge. In this case as well their senior/lead helped as other staff was not aware. The toilet on the ground floor (1st floor) stinks. It was more of public toilet than of hotel. The sliding door leading to toilet was full of dust. These guys needs thorough inspection of their hotel.
