Weekend Christmas Trip
Really good location to everything. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. Our time there was quiet. Kitchen is stocked with very basic items so plan accordingly if you plan on cooking and eating in. Check-in went smoothly. I had to speak to a man about the time share option to get a parking pass but when I explained I wasn’t interested he gave me my passes and away I went. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of space for my family.

Drop the sales pitch and work on noise.
We booked a 4 night saty at this property for a pre baby vacation with the kids. Pictures were promising and price was good. Initial impression was good as well. Property was clean and easy to locate.
Check in was ok, however they do a sales pitch when you check in. This is not advertised anywhere that I saw when booking.
It goes like this you will go to the front desk and give your name they will give you a little folder and send you to a separate room to get your parking tag . Once in the parking tag/sales office they will sit you down and try to sell you tickets and a time share presentation. I told the gentlemen i wasn't buying anything and was in and out in 10 minutes. I felt a bit trapped but not overly upset.
What would possibly keep me from returning was my initial room placement and overallnoise. I was put in the bottom floor . The bedroom was next to the elevator so all night was noise noise noise. It was quite uncomfortable and kept us from sleeping well. The bed was also very uncomfortable but that was minor next to the noise.
I can easily say this was the loudest place we have stayed.
After calling they did get us a new room. The room was appreciated but the staff seemed put out They did not offer a sorry or anything for the inconvenience.New room was better but still loud.
Pool was nice, hot tubs were nice, very clean Overall and ok experience. Propertyis close to attractions . Fritz is a must as well as hard luck diner.
