Spooky off-season
I was there during the off season. I was the only guest and it snowed. I checked in late. My room was clean, but the heater was not on. It took about 4 hours to finally heat up. It’s a thoughtful idea to preheat the room knowing a guest was to check in, no? The center blinds could not be adjusted so the front parking light flooded the room the whole night. Truckers zoomed by up till midnight. I didn’t sleep a wink. A courtesy food bag was a nice touch.

Resort was clean and room was as advertised. Look forward to going back in the Summer to take advantage of the outdoor facilities.

Do not book
The room was absolutely filthy. When we first entered the cabin it was 50 degrees. We turned the tiny heater on, which didn't do a thing. Bath tub was disgusting, food from another guest in couch cushions, hair pins on night stand and floor, stained comforter, stained dirty carpet. We called the girl working, who was actually a helpful sweet girl, to let her know we would not be staying. She offered to "Upgrade us" to another cabin. The cabin was in nicer shape, but again not heated. We could see our breath. We asked about heat. There was one window unit that was supposed to heat the whole cabin. Unacceptable with outside temperatures of 15 degrees. Oh, and we were over charged and the restaurant is closed for the season. Not worth the money. We ended up having to stay at a Microtel... even that was cleaner than this "resort."
