The great gal at the check out desk was able to book us into your Franklin TN for that night. We were evacuating from IRMA and were very tired --we are in our 80's. She even printed out the exact directions which were so very helpful. The guy at your Franklin facility did the same thing for us the next day. We drove on to the Plainwell MI hotel the next day and stayed there for 5 nights before heading home. EVERY single person at your facilities was kind and helpful. Breakfasts were varied and good. Please accept our congratulations on running so many hotels and staffing them with great personnel. I gave Comfort Inns my endorsement on Facebook. Being elderly, we don't travel much but let me assure you, if and when we do -- we will stay at Comfort Inns. With many thanks and high praise, Dolores Steele and Max Steele

My wife and I stayed four night's we put our do not disturb sign on the door every night. We useally would leave our room around 10a.m. The first day we ran into the house keeping manager and requested fresh linen. We returned later that night to a garbage bag full of fresh linen outside our room door and the room was not cleaned. The second night I had to take my wife to the emergency room due to she broke out in hives. Upon leaving the room on day two the front desk clerk ask if we wanted to change rooms. We told her that we would be fine in the room we were in only if they came in and changed all the linens. Once we returned to our room about 11pm that night our room had not been touched yet again. We called the front desk and the clerk upgraded us to another room. On the third day same things house keeping never cleaned the room. Four nights stay and house keeping did not clean our room not once.

The hotel was clean, pleasant, and fairly quiet. Two things I particularly appreciated were 1. night light in the bathroom and 2. a plug-in on top of the nightstand for my CPAP machine. That doesn’t sound very important, until you’ve had to try to move a bed to find a plug-in. Breakfast was not top-notch however, scrambled eggs were a little watery and the meat looked like some kind of polish type sausage. A little unusual for breakfast. No to go snack bag with bottled water like Hampton Inn. No warm cookies that evening. So, a solid value just not as good as Hampton Inn.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The beds were on the firm side. Rooms were clean and big. The only draw back was the gnats at the pool all the time that we stay there; otherwise the stay was good.

There were used soap and shampoo left in the shower. The shower head was filthy. There were giant holes in some the towels. The toilet paper holder broke, and the handle on the bathroom door was very loose. There were no linens for the pull out. The whole hotel was hot since they didn’t run the A/C very much in the common areas. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with our stay.
