Functioning with flaws
Room smelled. Shower water smelled too. The room door has a crack/hole on the bottom. They didn't have hair dryer. Blanket was too thin for the night. Wifi was slow. Unremarkable otherwise. Clean, functioning, etc.

smelly room and bad supplies
1.It is smelly full of pea and poo when I opened the bathroom. the ventilation doesn't work well. 2.The guy made twice mistakes before I can get into the room. 3.The hot water and the cold water was installed upside down by the plumber. 4.The bath towels are 1/2 size of the regular towels and 1/2 thick as the regular towel. 5.Bed sheet is small to cover the blanket over it. Actually I was covered by the unwashed dirty blanket when I woke up.(disgusting when I realize everybody did it) 6.Some reviews ranking 5-stars are not based on the true situation(good service and good food).Actually no food is provided there. 7. When I complained, the guy told me it is a motel instead of a hotel. Actually I paid more than $110 for the night, I hope I can get part of the refund to compensate. Also has the responsibility to tell guests it is indeed a below 1-star motel.

Better than expected
Good stay, exactly what we were looking for. IHOP, Chipotle, and Walgreens right across the street. Just watch your step if you are on the 2nd floor office side; steep concrete steps.

Waste of money.
Towels were not made for adults, when I asked front desk about it they said management would not buy regular sized towels. The towels also were worn out and felt almost like sandpaper. Everytime anyone walked above my unit or shut a door close by I could hear it, I was even woken up in the middle of the night due to other guests making noise in their own room. I have stayed at numerous hotels that were nicer for less money within the same distance to my job. This was a bad hotel and I'd appreciate a partial refund.
