Address wrong on listing when I booked. It was shown as 355 Webb but it was actually on Duke of York
5 days before my check in I started getting emails that were copied to me and expedia asking for payment of the amount that Expedia paid for the booking. I spent all week emailing them and calling Expedia to sort it out. Turned out they were to charge expedia on the day I checked in and they tried to charge expedia 5 days early.
Got there and it was disgusting:
Not cleaned, dirty dishes and placemats and cutlery, no sheets, just mattress cover (clean) and dirty cheap comforters. Dirt and old socks under the couchs, couches were horrible and uncomfortable.
No decent window coverings, pieced together blinds and sheets on windows. Beds uncomfortable/ pillows old flat and drool stained.
Paint needed, holes in walls where shelves had been pulled out. Light bulbs blown in closet and living room.
No face cloths or hand towels, not enough bath towels. No sink stopper so we could wash dishes properly. Mirrors and glass table tops looked like they had been wiped with a dirty dish rag - the dirty dish rag was hanging in the kitchen
Only 1 parking spot, there were 4 of us in 3 cars total so 2 cars went to public parking. Had to buy facecloths, towels, linens and cleaner and paper towels. DISGUSTING....not happy......unprofessional and stressful experience. Some info on a piece of paper on the back of the door with stuff scribbled out and written. DO NOT stay here.
