Staff was good, no complaints there and were very understanding about situation... however hotel reeked of smoke, even in non smoking room, burn holea in the comforter, patched holes in the bathroom... i broke out in hives within 10 minutes of being in room, had to checknout immediately Yhis hotel is more of a weekly rate hotel type and the cliwntele that brings, being a single female travler i didnt feel safe in being in room (no fault of hotel)... says has pool but doesnt work and is closed up... staff was pleasant and helpful about checking out but after a 9 hour drive all i wanted was crawl into bed

I loked that no problem with my dog and staff was friendly what i didnt like was pool was closed and theydidnt have or pay enough to keep housekeepers so room was clean but didnt get finished till after we got there and not enough towels only 2 for 3 people

The staff was friendly.. People just standing around outside... Alot of guest living there with people coming in and out.. Room was ok, had a moldly smell..had a refrigerator no microwave or coffee pot in room. Towels and sheets were clesn but dingy looking... The pool had kids in it with no adult supervision..

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The downside was that previous customers had trashed the room that we booked, so things weren't really ready for us. The staff did a good job of trying to get things right for our stay. And our grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Very scary

We chose this location since it is really close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. The staff was accommodating and helped with extra pillows and such for post op. The room was ok, it was clean but the bed spread and blankets had burn holes in them. There is no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. There was so much noise and blaring music, that it woke us up. Apparently there are at a miminum of 4 people that live here, and they all huddle by the front door. Totally regretted my choice of hotels!

When I first got there, they told me they had canceled my reservations because they over booked too many rooms. After a while, and a call to the manager, they finally got me a room. Not the room I had booked. I had booked them no smoking with a king size bed. The whole room smelled like an ashtray along with the hallways in the motel. there was pizza crust on the floor in the hallway across from my room entrance. When I first got to the room, it was standing wide. Open door was not closed. And in checking the bathroom there was no towels in the room. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Definitely my last time at this location.
