Very nice...didn't like the parking
Parking was high but great stay
Staff was great very courteous helped us because we had a situation occur when we got to the hotel with our vehicle they were very accommodating and very helpful. Would recommend the magnolia to anybody for any purpose
Room looked nothing like it did on the site I booked it on. Get ready for a surprise 25$ a night parking fee, that they don’t mention. When I arrived Friday evening and got on the elevator I noticed a nail clipping on the floor of the elevator, when I checked out Sunday afternoon it was still there.. I would rate this hotel 2 out of 10.
It is pay to park - no choice in that, no valet, parking is close but still it seems far when it's really cold or if you need to access it for some reason. Being a female, I was a little uncomfortable walking to it alone at night.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, easy check in and out
Great experience at this hotel friendly and clean. Definitely will be retuning.
Nice hotel, suite provided space for hanging out since social distancing is required in the hotel.
This property had beautiful historical features while being modern and updated. The rooms were so cute and quaint the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and courteous.
During a normal time this would have been a very pleasant stay. The staff were great and they were incredibly dog friendly. But they advertise responsible COVID precautions and the 30 people wedding party off the lobby and in the bar not wearing masks was incredibly jarring and concerning. I stood in line for the elevator with about 10 people not wearing masks and up the stairs overlooking the elevator lobby the party looked like a pre-COVID gathering. There was no enforcement.
