Highly recommend!
First stay at the Crawford. It was outstanding, quiet (crazy since you are at Union Station but it is!), great rooms, quick walk to the ballpark. You really get the feel of what this classic upscale hotel was like back in the day. We will definitely be back!

Eh, not worth it.
It’s an ok hotel, not great or special by any means. The front desk staff and valet staff were nice but that’s really the only positive. They advertise iPads in the room - ours didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace it. They brought up menus for room service since all that info is supposed to be on the iPad but didn’t bring Snooze which is the only one I really needed. They also advertise Teslas for rides, but nope, they just call a lift and they called it to the wrong address. We needed Mile High and they called it to Coors Field. We had to book another one ourselves and pay for it ourselves. The back of the bathroom door was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The bathroom sink faucet was crooked, loose and very water spotted. There was mold at the top of the shower. There was a stain on the chair footrest. This hotel is definitely not worth the cost. It’s more in line with a 2.5-3 star hotel, it doesn’t present as a 4.5 star hotel at all.

Beautiful room and very clean. Great customer service, friendly staff made us feel right at home. Super convenient location, right at Union Station where the A- line train stops. Great breakfast at Snooze, great coffee at PigTrain Coffee Co, and many great restaurant options within the Station.

The service could be better.
The hotel had a complimentary ride services through 3rd party, which the front desk receptionists need to make an arrangement. They have made a mistake twice within an hour, that caused a huge impact during the trip. Also, the remined pay amount that I owe to the hotel was not accurate on Hotels.com. They have had charged me taxes/services fee that I was already charged through Hotels.com
