Horrible Hotel
This hotel is about a year old and the outlets in the bathroom don't work. And apparently this is a common problem! When I called the front desk the girl that answered told me that there were plenty of other outlets in the room that worked and she would let the maintenance man know so he could check it the next day. I was there for 4 days and he never came. I went to walmart and bought an extension cord to plug into a working outlet in the bedroom so that I could use my blow dryer and flat iron with a mirror in the bathroom. Another annoying problem was the toilet seat, every time you sit down you slide all over the place because the seat is not secured and even if you snap it on it won't stay. Upon checking out, I complained about both items, to which the hotel employee responded, "oh yeah we have those problems in all the rooms". I will never stay here again!

Very good stay
Very good stay. Clean rooms, seemed almost new. On checkin we were told breakfast was 6-10 am (it is really 6-10 on weekends, 6-9:30 weekdays). We went to breakfast at 9:35 on Friday only to find it closed. They opened it back up for us due to the confusion and made the situation right. Polite staff. Quiet location. Overall stay was very good.

Everything you need!
The room has all of the practical amenities. Even if you don't book a suite with the little kitchenette and couch your standard room STILL has a fridge and microwave. This was a nice surprise. Also coffee maker, full ironing board and iron and free wifi. Very clean very new and you can walk to HEB for groceries. Great value.
