Temple Bar Inn, Dublin
Very Good8.0
Clean and comfortable. There was some early morning street noise from the alleys adjacent to the hotel, but that’s probably to be expected being in the heart of Temple Bar.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. On warm nights, make sure to figure out how to optimize the fan. Only real downside is nighttime noise from outside. Do bring earplugs!

NO Air Conditioning
Great location but no air conditioning in the rooms. You are right on in the heart of the bar scene with load music. We had to sleep with the windows closed and ear plugs with no AC. Wouldn't stay here again.

It's a good inn
It was unusually hot and there was a fan in each room (no air-conditioning). The helpful staff got us a second fan and that made all the difference. Otherwise, it is a fine, attractive, modern hotel with a great staff.

Wonderful Ireland
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are all wonderful, as are all the people in Ireland. There was some noise from the casino next door, but a small sacrifice for the location.
