From the moment we arrived at the front desk to the time we left it was an excellent experience. Luca and Caroline at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good with an excellent variety of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Loud & small
We checked in & our first room the TV did not work. So we were moved to the other side of the hotel - the busy street side. I was disappointed that the room was small, no fan in bathroom & very very noisy. Usually you are upgraded when something is wrong with you room. I did not sleep well with all the traffic, honking & fire/police sirens.
