Vacay
It was comfortable for the price. No amenities.

It’s the Little Things
Great stay! When you pull up, not the most appealing (at night), but the rooms were VERY clean, there was a basket with bananas and apples, chocolates, keurig with liquid creamers in the fridge, and ice cube trays in the freezer. It is a no frills Motel, but they made little touches to “fill in” those amenities. We had a pleasant stay and thank the staff for their attention to details. When they say it’s the Little Things that mean the most, they nailed it. Great rate too! Thank you!

Outside rundown but room was very clean
Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good- right near the highway exit and just a few miles from downtown. The outside is very run down.

Super Clean Homey Motel with Modern Updated Design
This is the second time I have stayed at this motel. I am very fussy about cleanliness and this place is kept spotless. The room is super clean, comfortable and has many things to make your stay as smooth and hassle-free as possible. The design and decor is modern but it still has a homey personalized feel to it. I appreciate the "real" cream in the fridge and Keurig coffee machine. It is conveniently located close to the 401. I will definitely be staying at this motel again.

Ideal Motel Experience
We were in need of an inexpensive night's stay in the Kingston area. You never what to expect when you book a 'cheap' motel. This should be standard others need to follow. Found this listing and booked it and were definitely not disappointed. Older motels can have a musty smell from age and use. Not this one as it is obviously well-cared for. Check in was smooth but most importantly the room was clean, bed was firm but comfortable and the towels were seriously the softest we have experienced in a hotel or motel in a very long time. Also very direct & easy access to get to downtown Kingston. We'll definitely keep this on our list of places to stay.
