Spacious and comfortable room
Very spacious and comfortable room. My room has king size bed, 2 sets of sofa and pantry. It's big and comfortable as if can fit the entire family there. Swimming pool is big and nice also. Good for kids and adults. The hotel is very close to ioi city mall which is a plus point. But the place is a little bit run-down. The building and surrounding maintenance could have been better

Fair 4.0
Quite unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovation. But there is no excuse leaving the corridor uncleared. Used plates and utensils were seen left at the corridor the 2 nights I was there.

Poor 2.0
I was moved rooms on the first night as they put me on the ground floor with a sliding door that would not lock properly. It felt very unsafe. There were also cockroaches in my room.
