Great to be close to everything downtown Brighton
It was a great location that allowed me to walk everywhere in Brighton. It has no parking but the front desk staff (Mateo) sold me street parking day passes and I was able to find a spot a few blocks away. The rooms are small and have no A/C but the view is fantastic! Although my room was facing the pier and the main street, Once I closed the double window, it was quiet to sleep at night. The WiFi signal barely reached my room (#21). They could improve that. It is great that the hotel has a bar in the lobby.

The hotel location is idea. It’s across the street from the pier and all beaches. Plenty to do by foot from this location. I was traveling solo so I got the cheapest room I could. It was very bare bones including a worn out twin bed, low shower water pressure, and no top bed sheet which I thought was odd. Hopefully they wash the comforter/blanket after every visitor? The staff was very nice and helped me when I asked. The breakfast which was included, was perfect for me- fresh fruit and toast however I could have gotten full english breakfast if desired.

Great location
Great location for town shops and restaurants, & we had a lovely sea view overlooking the Pier.

Needs a good dusting
Certainly better that the Royal Albion over the road.. but not a top end hotel. The room was very dusty and the window rattled all night. But the free ear plugs helped drown that out!! They were for being able to sleep through the bar noise downstairs, but to be fair I didn’t hear that all night. Strangely the lock on the bathroom was the wrong way round! So if you want privacy, you’d have to get someone to lock you in there!! Other than that.. it’s well situated on the seafront
