Disappointed
The tv/remote wasn’t working. Someone had to come to the room twice to change channels. It was not resolved so staff left a second remote; one to operate sound, other for channel changing. And neither remote could access the guide. If any other button was pressed, it locked me out and staff needed to come back to reset it with a “special” remote that I could not use.
The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, particularly in the bathroom. I think it was traveling through the vent.
The apples at breakfast, 3 out of 4, were old/rotten.
The pool had no towels in their towel holder. It was not busy either. It just wasn’t stocked.
The part that was most bothersome was that upon checkout, I was not asked how my stay was. I was handed a receipt only. I found that to be unprofessional. After I walked away, I thought better of it and returned to desk to give feedback even though it wasn’t asked of me. I am not confident that it made a difference.
