Nice, cozy capsule hotel concept. Showers were clean and pity the floors are mixed genders even if you select male/female only. Can get quite stuffy in the beds so did not use the roller blinds at night.

Very expensive comparing to the money you pay. During three nights nobody came to clean or change the sheets, the internet isn’t working which was terrible for me because I couldn’t work. I informed them but nothing has changed of course

Overall, the stay was nice. The single suite was cozy and comfortable. Only 2 big downsides for me. One being that there’s no direct air in the ‘suites’ so they got rather warm for me and two, there is no sound proofing to anything and you could hear people all night long going in and out of their pods or moving. The bathrooms were consistently clean and had plenty available.

We booked what we thought was a private pod, but it turns out the pictures on Expedia were not updated. This was a big disappointment as the pods were a hostel dormitory with zero privacy and very noisy throughout the night The ladder to our upper pod bed was terrifying as it was small and laquored, so very slippery.

Excellent capsules, well built with comfortable mattress and clean sheets and pillowcases, capsule lighting was very good . A/C was excellent. However the toilets were not very clean giving out a pungent odor, otherwise most of the showers and latrines are in excellent condition.
