Beautiful building and close to the Riverwalk and other areas of entertainment. The area on the outside is currently under construction which was disappointing but it had to be done so it’s only temporary. Once it’s completed, it will be a lot better on the outside around the hotel

The hotel is great. Very clean. We were looking forward to spending time in the pool. We were not told the pool was not open at time of check in. The toilet paper holder in the room was broken so roll of paper just sitting on counter. I went down to get some ice cream from snack area in the evening. Saw a large picture of Dove bar on freezer, but no ice cream of any kind in stock. These all seem like minor issues, but spending $300 for a one night stay makes you have higher expectations than what we found. I love staying at Hampton Inn hotels, but this time was disappointing.
