Fantastic location, comfortable, pretty and clean.
The appartment was in a brilliant location with access to a fantastic walk around the city wall directly on the doorstep. The appartment suited us well with a spacious layout and a practical well stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated and presented and was clean and easy to keep clean. Very convenient as could park close by in Monk Car park and walk easily to all the attractions and shops that we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our stay in York and would definitely stay there again and can recommend to other guests.

Unorganised uncomfortable stay !
We let property know we wanted early check in, on arrival we were told come back in a hour, we can at least put our bags away, when we did the last room us to the room WE BOOKED BY NAME, after in packing another lady came there said we are in wrong room we must leave! Again this room was not ready so we had to pack back up put bags in dirty room and leave !! Very unorganised staff !! Room was OK, sleeper coach terrible, very bad creeky floor,

This apartment was in a fantastic location to step right out into York. It was big enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Parking wasn’t too far away, rooms were big enough, it was clean, and everything worked. Being on a busy street, it could get noisy all day and night where you could easily hear everyone that walked by and was talking. However, we will definitely book here again.

Lovely place although needs a good clean
Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights in 2 different apartments. First apartment was lovely, comfy and cosy with everything we could need, although could have done with a clean. The second apartment wasn’t so great, really dirty, shower not working and not enough bedding available. Sofa bed not worthy of being called a bed. Bit spooky too, although in a listed building it’s to be expected.
